V-Animate [GW Hannaway And Associates]

V-Animate is a software interface for the Sony LVR/LVS 5 VideodiskRecorder. It provides X/Motif, command-line, and programmer interfaces tothe LVR/LVS 5. V-Animate allows functional control of the videodiscsystem from a push-button, iconic interface. The Player and Putld allowcommand-line and shell script control of the videodisk recorder. Thesetools are used directly with popular animation packages for videoproduction and animation capabilities.
